RJ1612 twin head laser machine

HI all

I am looking for some information, I have just got an RJ1612 twin head laser machine running Laserscript 5.3. one tube is 120w and 1 60w. I can cut with the 120w tube but not do a light engrave. Normally I would reduce power and increase the speed, but on this new machine the power doesn’t seem to make any difference. Also does anyone know how to switch between the two tubes on laserscript ie one engraving and one cutting

Please note I am not employed by HPC, any advice or recomendations I give are based on my own experience and are not necessarily the same as HPC's. First point of contact on any hardware issues should be with HPC
