No it will not move using up down arrows on the machine

You can move the head up and down and side to side with your hand

There are 2 black boxes inside with a Cat 5 sockets and a green and Red light on each unit. If I remember the green light used to be on. but no lights are on.

Are there any fuses anywhere that could have blown?

Check the emergency stop button has not been pushed in - if it's not that call HPC.

Yeah - sorry I re-read your message. It does sound like a loose/disconnected wire possibly bumped loose in the car. HPC may be able to take you through it over the phone?

Ive noticed that the 2 X Leadshine DM422 stepper motor drivers have a green and red light and am sure that the green light used to be on, but no lights are on both units. There is a cat 5/telephone socket on is it possible I need to download Software/Firmware or something?
