LS6090 not cutting

Hi can anybody please help, up to an hour ago my LS6090 was working fine, I have been using it on and off for about a month from being brand new from HPC Lasers, cutting 4mm Laser ply set at speed 25 and power 75. But now all it will do is cut like a deep engrave whereby it doesn,t cut right through anymore.

Have you tried the obvious, like cleaning the lens and mirrors
plywoods give off a lot of debris (smoke, glue residue etc)
even if your extraction is top notch, the lens and mirrors can still become contaminated
resulting in what looks like loss of power
