0.8mm copper sounds easily within the thin materials spec. Could give them a shout. They also make their own press tooling, but this would be expensive.

Punched out would be best ... get a die and then youll get them cheap....you may need to fettle
Thomas and whitley in leeds would help Ive used them before for bike brackets etc
