Yes it was the power supply. Had it changed and all is back to normal.

I have spoken with them today. It could be a number of things so im taking it in tomorrow. Ill let you know what happens

Help please laser head has lost power
Hi everyone I have an LS3020 and tonight i pressed the emergency stop button and since then the head has no power. The light, compressor and water pump all work. When i have pressed this button before once release the x\y position has reset and been fine . Please could someone help me sort this out....

Hi. I have an Ls3020 and im not quite sure how to maintain this properly. Recently i have noticed that on both the x and y axis, if i move it by hand it has started to stick a little towards the far right of the x axis and the top of the y axis. Cleaning Laser Bed
I know this has probably been discussed else where but i havent seen it. Does anyone have an easy way to clean a laser honey comb bed. I am finding it really difficult to clean. I find pulling baby wipes through the holes works quite well but it is very time consuming.

I just bought one of these last week aswel. So far i have found that i am producing massive amounts of smoke which are blowing back into my garage and im slowly choking to death. Im going to need a much better ventilation system than just sticking the tube out of the door.
