Newlydraw being a pain in the bum

Hi all,
hope someone can help me with this, when i create something in newlydraw and save it for example to the desktop as its default .ndr file, i cant then open it again, it keeps saying the file path does not exist! does anybody else have this problem or does someone know how i can save files to then reopen them

LS3020 using newlydraw (obviously) corel draw x5 for dxf conversions, photograv for pictures and photoshop for greyscaling and conversion to bmp

Sorry Neil - all I can think of is maybe permissions. Does it do it to file saved in the ND program directory? By default this is normally in the root of C drive.

May be easier to do a fresh install of ND and see what happens.
