Hi lads,
I have a 3060 with 60w tube upgrade.
I recently bought a chuck type rotary device that I want to engrave glasses etc for weddings and other gifts.
I cant get my head around the pulse setting/formula for this in LaserCut (I read thru posts on here).
Can someone please help me out in simple terms, never was good at math!
Appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Declan

Re: Chuck rotary settings in LaserCut
I have not used a rotary for quite a bit
But it's not hard once you've had a bit of practice

Hello
To work with the LS3060 chuck rotary you will need to use the following calculation.
Diameter of object to engrave/16000=Y axis pulse units.
Hope this helps

Mathew
