fitting new red diode!

Post by craftybubble »

Hi Everyone!
a week or so ago my red light diode stopped working and I was sent a replacement....
however I am not sure exactly how to get the old one out of the housing! I have undone the tiny screws and taken them out. it screws out a little but then stops and without me twisting the wires and snapping altogether I didn't want to push it!! can anyone help or send me some photos of the process to get it out without ruining it altogether?!
Thanks!

My red light stopped working a week or so ago... there was a break in the wire within the plastic chain guard.... Replaced the wire... now problems now....

Hope replacing the light works...
