LS 3020 Pro Manual Required

Hi, I have just bought the above machine (secondhand) I knew the machine was not working when I picked it up after a 6 hr drive. Anyway I checked everything on the machine and nothing, until I noticed a small fuse under the power lead connection, took it out and it had blown, replaced it and all is working now (yippee 
) Does anyone have the above manual in PDF format please. The machine came with Newlydraw and the dongle but when I try to install the software it is in Chinese, does anyone know where I can download an English version of this please.
