Power setting issues on "Engrave"
Hello, I bought an LS3020 pro back in June and I'm having trouble altering the power setting when in engrave. The speed is set to 200 and the power 18. I want to change the power down but when I select the engrave mode, I change it to 15, press enter but the value still stays at 18 in the top right corner. Can anybody help? Also the software crashes a lot which is frustrating. It says not responding, and I have to force the program to shut and start again. Please help.

What operating system are you using?
Is it Lasercut or Newlydraw software?
Best

Problem solved, on Engrave the value changes if you press OK, not enter, but on cut the value changes when you press enter. Thanks for your help
