Hi from the Netherlands

Post by Jen3020 »

Hiya all,

A quick post to say Hi. I've been reading this forum for a while now. I got a small LS3020 a few months ago and am trying to figure everything out (it takes a lot of time!). This forum has been very helpful.

I use the lasercutter to make things for my Etsy shop. You know, the stuff that not everyone can do. I've got some problems with engraving rubber at the moment but will post it in a different section.

Hi Jennifer, welcome to the forum ;)

I have a soft spot for the 3020 as it was my first machine a few years ago ;)

Thanks Dave!

I'm not sure how I feel about the 3020 yet. It's a bit of a love-hate relationship ;) I know I should get some good stuff from it but so far I haven't produced anything that I'm totally happy with... I guess it takes time to figure it all out :)

It does, as above, it was my first machine. Now I have a 1290 and a 6840! The 3020 paid for the 6840, then the 6840 has paid for the 1290 . . . .
