Hi everyone

I have an LS3020 and tonight i pressed the emergency stop button and since then the head has no power. The light, compressor and water pump all work. When i have pressed this button before once release the x\y position has reset and been fine . Please could someone help me sort this out.

Hi Richard,

Give HPC a call - if the doors switches are ok it could be a problem on the power supply side or controller board

I have spoken with them today. It could be a number of things so im taking it in tomorrow. Ill let you know what happens

Yes it was the power supply. Had it changed and all is back to normal.
