Morning all.
I am finding that if I try to engrave a full size photo on my 9060 at any reasonable resolution ( say 150dpi ) I get a message that I have exceeded the flash memory of the machine, even when I have deleted all previous files. Is this to be expected, can I expand the machines' memory, or would it be any different to run the file from the machine's usb port from a stick rather than downloading it ?

This has never been an issue, I think the best way to check it would be to email the file over to sales@hpclaser.co.uk and we'll test it.
