Spoke to Chris on a number of questions raised 
Q: Can I add earth straps without invalidating my warranty?
A: Yes, no problem, it WON'T affect your warranty at all.
Q: Can I buy spare dongles?
A: Yes, available fom stock, please call for the latest price.
Q: Do the machines have CE compliance?
A: Yes, around two years ago an individual in the industry contacted their MP regarding laser safety. The net result was a visit to HPC and other distributoprs by the HSE inspection team who inspected the machines and paperwork. The result requested a few more stickers being added (which was done).
Q: Can I add the air servo system to turn the air assist on and off?
A: It is possible however the HSE have defined that such action *could* result in a fire hazzard and as such the method of doing this and the associated topic is not permitted.
