Can this machine cut 1mm thick tufnol with accuracy?
Looking to cut some gear racks.

Hi John,
Yes they can cut tufnol but it stinks and the finish depends on the grade of tufnol.
Accuracy would not be a problem you may need to start on the 3040 or 3060 power with air assist.
Send HPC some bits they will normally sample....
