Managed to get everything working apart from Laser 5.3 won't see the cutter, dongle works fine. Is there a windows 10 driver out at all. I've followed a couple of links telling me how to install the old driver but struggling to get it to work. I'm just not seeing the LaserCutter in the device manager to force an update to the driver. I don't know a great deal about PC's so I'm sure this might be the issue.
I have an old windows 7 laptop and that see's the cutter without any issues so that rules out cable or cutter issues I think.
I've been using the 3020 for several years now and am getting worried if my old laptop dies that I'll have no access to it.
Thanks in advance for any advice
