I'm not even joking, think I'll have to take about 30mm out either side, will screw it back once it's in.

I've chatted with them about in email and will mention it on Friday. I notice that the machine has 3 main sections but I'm not sure if dismantling/rebuilding it will be more hassle than getting busy with the jigsaw. It will be a matter of getting it here and judging it on the spot.

This is said door:

The gap with the door off is about 67cm, looking at it closely I reckon I could take both sides of the door frame off then reattach once in, bit of putty on the windows either side, jobs a gooden.

I'll take pictures for the lols.

It will fit if you lift the top section off of the bottom by removing a few screws, 6840 will go through a std door but a 670 will be a bit narrow.

Simply remove the top half of the machine :)

I'm not so sure Dave, look at the side profile of the 6840:

The top section appears to me to be maybe taller than it is wide and it's 760mm wide.

I note that it may split into three smaller sections but will have to see how complicated that is?

split above the roller cabinet, try to avoid splitting at the table level. I had to take one apart to move it for a buddy (my original 6840 was much bigger, the new models are a lot smaller)

Now I have it home and got a tape measure on it I've realised the top section is about 65cm, which means if I unattach it from the cabinet I can tip it sideways and get it through, just.

Project for the morning though, 11 hour round trip and I'm bushed.

Great to meet Chris and the team, what a top lot 8-) :ugeek:

There are 2x 25mm box sections run front to back under the top section to locate it on the roller cabinet :)
