Why is my laser not cutting square?

That's starting to sound very weird!

Give me a couple of hours to check something out on mine and I'll post back. Being honest if it's not what i have in mind then it's going to be a job for Chris @ HPC as driver card problems are way out of end user fixability.

It's lost me, I can't see any reson for the machine to cut out of true that will be an easy fix, Chris at HPC is likely your next port of call as he is probably going to know right away what will cause it.

switch the laser off pull the arm foward and back, I think there is a loose grubscrew at the rear rhs where the belt grips the drive shaft .
measure the y t the front left and right and re adjust .
I had this and Chris explained how to fix it now no problems.
also check the alignment front to rear this can also cause this error
