Hi dynamode ,
Thanks for the info :D

Tim great news and your keyring and coaster look Fab :D
Well I went for it after some time, felt like my head was going to explode constantly reading forums and reviews, then when I got the money and was set got really panicky wondering was I doing the right thing!
So I've gone for the same as you actually with the chiller but haven't gone for the 60w tube as that was extra I really couldn't afford. So done the health + safety form so waiting to hear now for a date.
Can I ask, did you ask for extra training on top of the standard training ?
Glad it all went smoothly and hope mine will be the same, good luck with the website it looks great!
Is there anything I need to have ready then before they come? I will get some distilled water for the chiller.

Cheers,
Kelly

If it's Simon or Chris that comes out you will need coffee :) preferably a big tank full of it :)

Seriously, the guys from HPC are great, you won't have any problems :)
Please note I am not employed by HPC, any advice or recomendations I give are based on my own experience and are not necessarily the same as HPC's. First point of contact on any hardware issues should be with HPC

Sorry I not been around lately, I have been playing with my new machine.

Good choice on the machine Kelly, you will not be disappointed...

We (me and my partner) had the standard training as far as I know, it was super easy to follow and the 2 hour exam was not too... only joking about the exam.... The training is really good... after a few hours I was ready more than ready to tackle jobs on my own...

We also found biscuits were a nice addition to the usual tea / coffee.... I have never met an engineer who didn't like biscuits
