Stuck again

Hi,

Once again I have come across a problem.


Tonight I went to engrave an image but when I tried to download it I got this message: 'The communication is broken for timeout. Please close and open the output window to retry'. I shut it all down, started it all up ,popped the image onto Lasercut, edited it, set speed etc, then turned the cutter on and pressed download. Tried this 5 times, am I forgetting to do something?

Unplug the usb cable and reboot the pc, wait till its up an running then plug the usb in


The light on the 6840 went buttup on mine, I swapped it out for a more powerful direct wired tube set from B&Q, gave a lot more light
If the bed noise is like a very loud clicking it means the bed is jammed and the belts are jumping the teeth, probably best to speak to Chris though as there are other trhings that can do the same

I have reported my problems to HPC and as per usual they are being very helpful.

Thanks for the advice you have all been giving me. I am very impressed with this forum and HPC seem a decent bunch.
