Hi, I've tried to use my 6840 today and it won't engrave/cut. It worked perfectly last time it was used. It goes through the motion but doesn't mark the wood. The laser tube doesn't appear to light up as it normally would and pressing the laser button on the control panel doesn't make it fire either...
