Thanks for that, I'm hoping to get some time tomorrow to have a go.
If I do I''ll report back.
Letters are approx 5mm high, scan gap was between 0.02-0.05 but made no difference.
Tried uni and bi directional again no difference.
Will try a couple of fonts to compare.

Hi

It's not at the end, it's bits of the letters themselves. The bottom of a capital E for example.
I've tried reloading and creating the font inside lasercut, but it still misses the same part.
I'm off to try some other things now, so I will see what I can find out.
