cutting card help

Post by kemo2002 »

We have recently purchased a LS6840 with 60w upgrade and although we are just testing the water with it, we can't seem to get rid of the burn marks when cutting card.

The best results we've had is at 90 speed 20 power, buy its still straining the outside edges yellow. I know from HPC FB page they can cut through card/paper no problem, any one offer us any advice?

Many Thanks
Daven

Up the air assist, as low power and high speed as you can to cut and use card with low chalk content if possible ;)

Cheers
