Dont feel silly... it took me a few attempts before I realised why the images were not looking as I expected on acrylic..

I will be really interested to see the final product, you have a nice lot of detail in your image, it should look amazing... (I am also a massive BBT fan)

That's why I thought I'd mention it before you ran off a hundred or so ! .. easily missed !

Thanks for the comments guys. I am sure now that it is the scan gap that I need to set. I have not tried since but will let you know if I have better success.
