Tube issue

Pop. Same issue. Not sure how hot the metal plate got or should get but too hot to hold my finger on for more than a few seconds.

Engraving was fine it was only when I came to cut for a few minutes that it the glass separated. I'll re-glue and try again before calling it a day with this tube.

Worth noting the glass piece is under quite a bit of tension from the water tubes so shortening those may assist.
