No power to psu .
No power to psu .
Trying to help my previous employer today, before they have to take it further and spend money they haven't got. The laser stopped firing mid cut. I tried bypassing the door and flow switch to eliminate them, still no laser firing. There are no leds lit up on the power supply when the machine is switched on, presumably indicating that there is no power to the psu ? Does anybody know if this is internally fused ?
Re: No power to psu .
which machine is it ?
Re: No power to psu .
Presume the RCD has not tripped? Tried pressing the red stop button and resetting?

Machine is a 6840, no the rcd hasn't tripped.
Re: No power to psu .
I guess you checked all connections are secure and tight ?
just ruling out anything that isn't money costing !
in a commercial set up, you are limited on what you can check, unless you are qualified !

Re: No power to psu .
Correct myself - power to PSU, because an led is lit, but no power to the tube . All connections are tight. Everything else happens - laser head moves and thinks that it is cutting, just no laser beam.
