Help with Lasercut 5.3 and 6840

Hi

can anyone help please? We've got a 6840 but are having problems getting it to cut and also where to start cutting.

Ive tried setting the laser origin to top left but it still doesn't start cutting there, Ive tried checking the immediate box but it doesn't start cutting where Ive placed it....any ideas on why?

Also its not cutting through at 70% power, it looks more like Ive set it to engrave (I haven't!)

Hi izzy,
The laser origin should be set to top right. If you press the return/enter on the key pad to highlight the file, then press it again. Navigate to "cancel logic org" yes, and press return. When you check or uncheck immediate, you'll have to download cfgs. You'll have to clarify a bit on, it's not cutting. What material are you using and what speed?
