Drawing scaling, Techsoft2D isn't one of the better programs to use with a laser as the setup if it's set to inches on the templates will resample the drawings when they hit the laser.

If you want to ping me the dxf (my email is below) I'll measure it up in AutoCAD and let you know what the sizes it will laser at are

Hi
If you draw say a 50mm square in lasercut and cut it out
Dose it come out 50mm (minus the kerf of course)
If it isn't then it could be pulse settings
2D can be a pain,when exporting make sure the setting are mm
