Temp sensor LS3040

Post by anthony1980 »

Hello

New to this and the laser machining.
Great bit of kit just a quick question ours has a black temp sensor out the back where do I place this sensor do I just hang it so senses room temp or does it go in the water to get water temperature when machine operating.
Sorry didn’t see this in instructions

That's new! I should imagine the water as that is more important - anything over around 21 degrees and there is a chance the tube will overheat.

I keep mine at 13 degrees which seems to work well.

Best
