Hi - yes it should be part of the install disk - have you got it to transfer to the machine (if successful the machine will beep).

It may be worth calling HPC and getting the correct version for the card you have as well in case it is not the original disk.

Yep that is the same on mine - if you press datum it will re-set back to the top on it's own.
The speed is slow though - should be quicker than that - make sure the belt isn't slipping.

No problems - DPI = dots per inch - so resolution.

In Lasercut 5.3 - double click on the speed power and set scan gap there ;)

More speed = less darker/deep Less power = same as above Less DPI (Scan gap) = same as above So increase speed and reduce power and check scan gap settings. Too much speed is not good so check manual or give HPC a call, I normally keep to less than 400 mm/s Scan gap setting can be found here http://...
