The machines have been neglected cleaning wise. Think the first mirror is marked. Cleaned the mirrors. Started adjusting the beam alignment and it has gone way out. Watched the video that came with machine but didn't show exactly how to adjust angles of mirrors. Is it just trial and error or is the...

as DaveN said , and it stinks !,

you can get UV stamp makers very cheap these days

unless you just want to make the odd one or two, I'd look at other options.

The spacers would only help with the top sheet . All the other sheets in the stack would be protected from uneven moisture by the fact they have another sheet on top and beneath If the top sheet had a spacer underneath, surely the top surface of the second sheet is then exposed by virtue of it havi...

As for storing your wood, it should be kept at a relatively constant temperature, horizontal and with spacers in between each sheet. The spacers don't have to be very thick, just enough to allow the air to circulate over both surfaces. Ply warps because one side absorbs moisture faster than the oth...

Howdy :-)

if you've used the Cameo and similar you are more than half way there.
You'll have to learn the laser power and speed etc. but the software/design/layout will be similar.
Maybe even the same depending on how you usually design.

1st of all, check all the wire connections are good and tight - if you are comfortable doing that ?
If not, get someone else to have a look.
The transformer output can remain charged for quite a wile after it is switched off :shock:
