HAVE YOU RESET THE PULSE UNITS BACK TO 0.0072 ON THE Y AXIS in the worktable under machine options

and is the x range 650 and y range 470

Thats what mine are set to if that helps

ive cut both card and paper and find that if you cut at the fastest speeds and the lowest power settings that piece of card or paper requires you get very good results.

My wife gets me cutting out shapes and lettering for her card crafting.

One idea ive had whilst changine the tube was to enclose the tube compartment by fixing some clear acrylic to the metal panel that supports the light. that way i know only a small hole would be made by the laser when first installed it would help keep the smoke off the laser and first mirror and wit...

Thanks for that.

fortunately I have a spare tube i bought when i got the machine so if it is dead then it will just be a swapout and setup job. HAHA i bet its not that simple

photograve is easy to use and has picture sorted in a couple of steps.

I bought mine when i bought my machine but as it turns out i dont use it as i dont use pictures for what i do, still it is very good and easy to use

I cut thin pine all the time and the cleanup is extensive, baby wipes do work well and if you reheat the residue with a hot air blower it comes off easier
