Re: Lasercut 5.3 Issue

Just looked at my file and the .G00 file appears to be the same date as the others so wondering if it is set to read only on your system somehow? If you right click and select properties does that show the read only box ticked? Some files are created when you click the download button but I'm not su...

Re: Lasercut 5.3 Issue

Something else may be worth trying is keeping the file name to 8 letters - if you re-name it to a longer filename it could be ignoring the letter 9 and above.

Re: LS6090pro issue

Hmm - not sure - is it version 5.3?

Give HPC a call or email support - Chris is about and others working from home etc.

Re: LS6090pro issue

The defaults on the control panel can make it do strange things - use the menu button and the left/right arrow keys to scroll through the setting and then use the up/down buttons to change the values back to 100. If it still plays up you may need to download the correct config settings - if it was o...

Re: Engrave one at at a time

The only way is to put each section on to it's own layer - if currently it is one big image you would need split the image down and then put on own layer, easier on DXF files.

It can actually speed up the engraving quite a bit ;)

Re: wrong pattern being printed on ls3040

I have seen this before but I can't remember the issue. All I can suggest is to set up a new file called something completely different with no strange characters (non ASCII can upset it) in a new folder import the DXF and try that. If even load from USB. if that does not work you may need to reload...

Re: Face masks for NHS

Not advisable, it does not cut well and I would think it is quicker to cut by hand. Better to cut a template to use and cut with a knife. The masks need to be approved so please see my other thread - make sure you are making masks that can be used, approved or at least agreed to by a professional an...
