Yeah, Foamex is PVC. Stay away, Chlorine gas will kill you and erode the machine.

The gaps in the machine are good. The air you are pulling through has to be replaced somehow. Upgrade your fan

Strange, have you tried pressing esc a few times? In one of the menus on the machine there is a step function ( i cant remember what its called) , make sure it is at 0, as a tiny value will make it seem like it does not work.
