Wonder if any of you can help. We just went to switch on our cutter and the motor is not working. The light it switched on, so power coming into the machine. On checking the tube, there is no water in there. I don't think this is normal. So any ideas what we could check.

Yes the bed it level. I have spoken to HPC and they said that it could be that the mirrors need cleaning. We've done all the cleaning realigned the laser, but it's still happening.

Looking for a bit of advice as my LS3020 is not cutting correctly. The further away from the starting axis it gets the worse the cut is. Have checked alignment and settings. Don't know where else to go from here. Probably only used it for about 25/30 hours in total over the last 5 months. Any help w...

Thank you for your reply. Will give it a go and maybe weight it down so that it doesn't warp etc.

Hi, Just a quick question. Does anyone know of a supplier for birch plywood 0.6 or 0.8 grade. I have used Hobarts for previous orders but only need a few sheets, postage wouldn't make it viable to order from them.

Just bought a HPC 3020. Huge learning curve to go through so that I can use it. I've only used a Craft Robo/Silhoutte Cameo before so big difference. Looking forward to reading the forum to get some hints and tips on how best to use the machine.
