Thanks for that I'll give it a go with the perspex underneath. Air assist is on. I'll try increasing the speed and see what happens. Any suggestions on speed setting?

Hello all, I'm having a problem with the power of my laser. At the left hand side it cuts through the 4mm birch plywood on speed 12 power 100, but on the right hand side, the furthest point away from where the beam enters the laser, it is not fully cutting through the wood. Problem solved, on Engrave the value changes if you press OK, not enter, but on cut the value changes when you press enter. Thanks for your help

I'm on windows 7 pro and using the laser cut 5. 3. When I alter the power setting on cut mode it changes with enter. I'll try pressing ok and see what happens. Thanks for your help

Hello, I bought an LS3020 pro back in June and I'm having trouble altering the power setting when in engrave. The speed is set to 200 and the power 18. I want to change the power down but when I select the engrave mode, I change it to 15, press enter but the value still stays at 18 in the top right ...
