They must be in too tight however if you wish to e mail us with your address ill send some out pronto.

Hi Sorry to hear this. As pointed out the first thing you should do is CALL US on 01422310800 and then confirm with an e-mail.
We as a matter of course test the safety switches as part of our service annually.

Good evening
The perspex must be CAST acrylic.
CAST acrylic usually has a write film on both surfaces.
If you don't have any PM me and I will send you a sample to try.

Hi Phil, Do you have Corel draw -if so you can change the image to grey scale, then change to bitmap then in effects select stipple this creates a pixelated image the laser can engrave with different densitys. The other option is photoshop where you change to greyscale then in effects use the halfto...

Hi If anyone wants the 64 bit driver please e-mail us we will mail it back to you.....
The machines are great with 32 bit windows 7 but some versions of 64 bit will not allow you to switch off digital signing which can be a pain...
