Hi Matt - it does look like an alignment issue - was it ok before you re-aligned or was that why you re-aligned?
Make sure the mirror in the head is seated ok and not loose.

Re: Hello From London (and a bit of help)
If you set the object to engrave it should engrave as long is it is a single PLine - so 1st line turns on engrave next one in turns off and repeat.
If you are using normal annotate text I think you can Pexplode - it needs to be a joined polyline.

Yep - that's the way
The next trick it to set that up for multiples and using the 'set array' option

Re: Locating part on laser bed
Yes that's what I do using MDF or Ply
You can centre the part on LaserCut (Ctrl Y) and then untick 'Immediate' and that will centre the part but not at the centre of the part.

Re: Locating part on laser bed
Hi Mark,
I don't have 6.1 so not sure.
Do do this I normally cut a template of the outline and use that as a datum - for small parts that is
Give HPC a call - I think you can slow the test speed down but not sure on 6.1

Re: Cutting mirrored acrylic
Mirror can be tricky - cut on the back if possible and more speed less power - I would expect speed around 22 at 65 power.

Re: Hello from Ireland & Help with water tank setup
If no chiller then pipe from back of machine that says 'in' goes to pump that sits in the water reservoir.
Pipe that says 'out' goes to reservoir.
So the water comes from the pump into the tube (the end with no lens/mirror) through the tube and back into the reservoir.
